David Derr (www.d2studios.com) takes us into his fascinating world of graphic design and fine arts, as well as the impact TAB NJ has had on his business. Hosts: Chris Lipper (Franchise Owner) and Chris Curran (www.InternetMediaBroadcasting.com)
"Many graphic designers expect you to tell them exactly what you want so that they can execute to your spec. What’s great about working with David is that the process is really a partnership between the two of you. David worked very hard to understand my business, my services, and my personality. We worked together to create a product that far exceeded my expectations. We tried alternatives, gave each other honest feedback, and went through numerous edits and adjustments to get to the final result. He is so easy to work with, so flexible, and has a great sense of humor!
I highly recommend D2 Studios to anyone seeking a designer who will spend the time required to understand your unique vision. David will transform that vision into a clear, compelling and attractive design."

Just received this months issue of SCN ~ What a great full page ad showing the new digital video products! We know these ads do not come cheap and as a rep firm we appreciate the extra effort put forward on a corporate level to help us archive bigger sales numbers. The ad is very professional and rivals anything put out by the competition and will have an impact!

During the "Thank You" portion of several of our events David's name is frequently mentioned. He is creative and professional because he always delivers his finished product within deadline. He has been designing ad's for our Chamber for several months and we will continue to use his services. I highly recommend David for all your design projects."

Here's a template for the latest iteration of Facebook Timeline. It will allow you to accurately position any type and images. Please note that if you put a logo in the small box make sure it is cropped to the proper dimensions or it may get cropped in an unexpected way. I find its best to just use a logo graphic without type and put the company name in the larger area.
